The rise and fall of Philippine First Lady Imelda Marcos is told as an immersive disco experience, tracing her journey from a beauty queen in the provinces to the extravagant wife of dictator Ferdinand Marcos. As the regime grows increasingly corrupt and brutal, Imelda retreats into her fantasy world of parties and shoes while the Filipino people suffer, ultimately leading to the People Power Revolution of 1986.
