Sweet Charity is the first production this catalogue records at the Al Hirschfeld, in 2005. Mame opened the Gershwin three months after Show Boat closed the same building as the Uris in 1983. Follow the Girls reopened the Century as the New Century in 1944, sixteen years after Countess Maritza closed it under the old name.
